Job Summary:

We are seeking an Event Project Manager to join our team at PT Ornamen Inti Makmur (Come Together), a growing event creative management company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating these into actionable and strategic event themes.

- Work closely with internal team and clients to define the event’s purpose, scope, guest profile, venue, and aesthetic requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment.

- Create polished, professional proposals and presentations for client meetings and pitches.

- Present event concepts and proposals tailored to client preferences and requirements, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize deliverables.

- Lead brainstorming sessions and guide a team of event planners and designers to execute concepts seamlessly from ideation to completion.

- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure creative and operational alignment.

- Manage budgets for conceptual elements, balancing innovation with cost-effectiveness.

- Monitor financial implications of creative decisions, ensuring projects remain within financial parameters.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform innovative concepts and strategies.

- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

- Proven ability to manage multiple event proposals simultaneously.

- Monitor that the concept is running as planned.

Requirements:

1. Education: minimum Diploma's or Bachelor’s degree any major or a related field.

2. Experience: minimum 3-5 years of experience in creative industry field/event organizer/event management

3. Skills:

- Communicative.

- Able to develop creative concepts and visual narratives for events.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Creative and innovative.

- Passion for events and creating memorable audience experience.

- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to work under tight deadlines

- Ability to work independently and teamwork.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Canva will be a plus.
