Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and execute brand activation projects and events effectiveness and integrated
- Manage the project budget and scheduling all tasks and activities related to the project
- Created and manage timelines and maintained effective communication with clients and project teams
- Lead and coordinate all project activities, including site/venue selection, budget management, production schedules, vendor selection, and other logistics
- Build strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and success of the project
- Lead the team and give directions in term of recruiting and training freelancers, sales representatives (SPGs/SPBs), admins, etc., as needed
- Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of the brand activation and event programs and make recommendations for future improvements
- Ensure event/project timely and successful delivery
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
- Other tasks if required
Requirements
- Minimum D3/Bachelor's degree all major
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events, preferably in esports or related industries
- Excellence in creating presentations and budgets
- Keep up with tight deadlines and pay attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
- Deep understanding of marketing & brand activation strategy.
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Honest, reliable, and committed to integrity
- Good communication in English
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Excel/Google Sheets.
