**Position: Production Staff**
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Staff to oversee and manage all production aspects of our events.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Plan and manage production needs for events, including decorations, equipment, materials, and tools
* Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to understand event requirements and client expectations
* Work with the Warehouse Team to ensure proper preparation, availability, and organization of all production items
* Oversee logistics, including transportation, setup, and breakdown of event materials
* Lead and supervise the Production Team during fabrication, preparation, and on-site installation
* Ensure all production elements are delivered on time and meet quality standards
* Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site production issues efficiently
**Requirements**
* Proven experience in event production or a similar role min 2 years
* Strong organizational and project management skills
* Excellent communication (English is mandatory) and teamwork abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
* Hands-on attitude and problem-solving mindset
* Familiarity with event production materials, tools, and logistics
* Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days
