Job description for EVENT PLANNER (F&B) at PT Perahu Berkah Indonesia

Salary Range: Rp5,000,000 – Rp8,000,000 per month (Full Time | On-Site | Jakarta Area)


Qualifications:

- Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) graduate with at least 1 year of experience as an Event Planner, Event Coordinator, or in F&B events, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry, with a good understanding of event planning, budgeting, and project management.

- Honest, disciplined, responsible, proactive, enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about the F&B industry, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

- Creative and able to develop event concepts that align with the company's brand identity, with knowledge of social media marketing and promotional campaigns being an advantage.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with vendors, sponsors, and business partners, with a customer-oriented mindset and excellent service attitude.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with Canva or other event management tools is a plus.

- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.

Job Description:

- Plan, organize, and execute both offline and online events, including product launches, store openings, food festivals, private dining events, corporate gatherings, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing activities, while developing creative event concepts aligned with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.

- Coordinate with third-party social media management teams, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) to support event promotion, increase audience engagement, and maximize campaign performance.

- Prepare event proposals, budgets, timelines, and detailed event rundowns, ensuring every event is executed professionally, efficiently, and within budget.

- Coordinate with internal departments such as Creative Designer, Product Research, and Site Selection Specialist to ensure smooth event execution, as well as source, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, event equipment suppliers, decorators, entertainers, photographers, and other event partners to ensure smooth event execution.

- Ensure the readiness of all event requirements during the pre-event, event day, and post-event stages, coordinate operational needs throughout the event, provide real-time updates and accurate information, and resolve any issues that arise promptly.

- Actively identify and develop event reservation opportunities, new event opportunities, partnerships, and market trends within the F&B industry to enhance customer experience and strengthen brand awareness.

- Analyze event performance, including attendance, customer feedback, and return on investment (ROI), prepare post-event reports, organize marketing assets (photos, videos, and client documentation), and provide recommendations for future improvements.

- Ensure all events comply with company policies, safety regulations, and food hygiene standards.
