WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
EVENT PLANNER – CREATIVE ACTIVATION & EVENTS
To plan and develop impactful events and creative activations that connect brands with audiences through real-world experiences
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop event concepts, activation ideas, and audience experiences based on brand objectives
- Plan event formats, programs, participant journeys, and brand touchpoints
- Translate creative concepts into event plans, proposals, timelines, and execution requirements
- Coordinate with creative, strategy, production, partnership, content, and vendor teams
- Manage event timelines, deliverables, and operational requirements from planning to execution
- Support the execution of sports events, brand activations, communities, and experiential campaigns
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of experience in event planning, event management, experiential marketing, brand activation, or related fields
- Strong experience planning and executing events, brand activations, or experiential campaigns
- Good understanding of event production, audience experience, and brand activation
- Strong organizational, project management, communication, and coordination skills
- Able to turn creative ideas into practical and well-structured event plans
- Passionate about sports, lifestyle, culture, communities, and real-world experiences; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
