Job Description

Build and manage partnerships with partners (barbershops, communities, brands)
Plan and execute events/activations
Manage product activations and sales at Captain Barbershop
Develop product training programs for barbers/staff
Create and implement sales incentive programs across branches
Monitor sales performance and partnership activities
