Job description for Event Organizer / Project Management - VOLUNTEER - UNPAID - WFH at Speakableyouth.id

Responsibilities:

Hold all responsibilities of the program in Speakable Youth
Determine the concept and flow of each event, ensuring they run smoothly from start to finish
Create and manage events for Speakable Youth members, including podcasts, sharing time, music concerts, campaigns, game nights, etc.
Develop necessary documentation such as proposals, TORs, and RABs (if necessary).
Coordinate with all divisions to manage events effectively
Participate actively in the Speakable Youth Discord server.

General Requirements

Male or female, at least 15 years old
Able to communicate in English for daily chats
Passionate to learn, grow, and improve
Team player with strong communication vibes
Ready to commit from 1 September – 30 November 2026
Online Program: Open for everyone, anywhere, any city
On-site Program: Specially for Makassar & nearby areas
