Job description for Event Manager at PT. ANUGRAH CIPTA KARYATAMA
Job Description:
- Identify client requirements and expectations for events.
- Plan events from start to finish based on requirements, target audience, and objectives.
- Thinking creatively to come up with unique themes, engaging activities, and captivating experiences that align with the client's goals.
- Create detailed proposals for all events, including timelines, venues, vendors, budgets, and related matters.
- Manage all event set-up, tear down, and follow-up processes.
- Ensure events run smoothly and resolve any problems that arise.
- Maintain event budgets effectively, ensuring efficiency for event-related expenses.
- Liaise with internal teams, vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during event planning.
- Analyze, contact, and collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL)/Influencers/Guests.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the event and generate a comprehensive report, along with proposing recommendations to improve the event's overall success.
Requirements:
- At least 2 year of experience in event marketing and planning.
- Excellent in planning and executing events, have strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills, and be creative and strategic.
- Able to work independently or as part of a team, be willing to travel, and have the ability to multitask.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, engaging, and have a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills, and a good command of English are necessary.
- Experience in advertiing agency industries is a plus.
- Willing to work at Meruya, West Jakarta
