Freshgraduate atau mahasiswa akhir jurusan Psikologi / Manajemen / Hukum / Komunikasi atau relevan
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 bulan sebagai HRD atau Event Organizer
Mampu menyusun event people development
Berpengalaman dalam perencanaan, koordinasi, dan pelaksanaan event internal perusahaan (gathering, training, onboarding, employee engagement, dan sejenisnya)
Mampu menyusun rundown acara, budgeting, dan koordinasi vendor
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan manajemen waktu yang baik
Terbiasa bekerja dengan deadline dan multi-tasking
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim
