Join Us as an Event Specialist Intern!
Are you creative, organized, and passionate about events? As an Event Specialist Intern, you'll support event planning, coordinate logistics, and help deliver engaging events while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
What will you do:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing documents.
- Conduct research to support PR and communication activities, such as compiling media lists, identifying media contacts, and researching event venues.
- Assist in preparing and compiling weekly media coverage reports.
- Support the coordination and execution of events, including liaising with vendors, confirming logistics, and preparing event materials.
- Assist in creating and preparing the monthly internal or external newsletter.
- Participate in the planning of upcoming events and contribute to post-event reviews and evaluations.
- Support day-to-day public relations and communications activities as assigned by the team.
What you need:
- Last year of college or bachelor's degree major.
- Basic understanding of event planning and public relations concept.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creativity and ability to contribute fresh ideas.
- Familiarity with office software
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Note :
- Willing to working onsite in Jakarta Office.
