Job description for Event Intern at PT. Exabytes Network Indonesia
We are looking for Event Intern to join the marketing department and experience a fun internship while providing actual insight into work.
Job Description:
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling and document management.
- Help with research tasks, such as compiling media lists or researching event venues.
- Assist in preparing weekly reports on media coverage.
- Support event logistics, such as confirming vendor details or preparing materials.
- Assist in preparation of monthly newsletter.
- Participate in event planning for the next month and review of events happened in the month.
Requirements:
- Last year of college or bachelor degree in any major.
- Basic understanding of event planning and public relations concept.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creativity and ability to contribute fresh ideas.
- Familiarity with office software.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
