Hacktiv8 is looking for a Business Development Intern to join our team!
📍 Location: South Jakarta (near Pondok Indah Mall / PIM)

📅 Working Days: Monday–Friday

### Requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
* Confident in conducting cold outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
* Strong research, prospecting, and lead generation skills.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient when facing rejection.
* Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the team.
### Responsibilities
* Identify, research, and prospect potential corporate clients across various industries.
* Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other outreach channels.
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, decision-making authority, timeline, and overall fit.
* Schedule meetings with qualified prospects and coordinate the handover to the relevant team.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information and activities in the CRM system.
* Build, manage, and continuously develop a healthy sales pipeline.
* Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until they are sales-ready.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs, including outreach activities, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities generated.
* Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities within assigned industries.
* Continuously improve outreach messaging and prospecting strategies through testing, analysis, and feedback.
