Job Description:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring projects to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and risks, and support the Project Manager in addressing any issues or delays.
- Bachelor's degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome. Experience in project management or coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, detail-oriented, adaptable to project management tools, and fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. Fresh Graduate from any degree are welcome.
- Have experience in doing Project Management will be a plus.
- Proven experience in project coordination or administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment will be a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Easily adapt to project management tools, and familiar with Office Program (E.g Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc).
- Knowledge of simple project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality in work.
- Fluently speak in Bahasa Indonesia and English is prioritized.
