We're Hiring Event Coordinator ..
Responsibilities
1. Planning Event & Coordination with business team and strategic team
2. Selecting venues and overseeing technical setup.
3. Negotiating with vendors and managing on-site logistics.
4. Managing staff, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction on the day of the event.
5. Evaluating event success through feedback and preparing post-event reports.
Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in any related field
2. Passionate about event planning
3. Experience as a volunteer/event community member
4. Flexible with commuting and working hours, including weekends.
5. Fast learner, proactive, creative, with strong communication & problem-solving skills.
6. Experienced in meeting project deadlines
7. Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel & Canva
