Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in event, activation, marketing, retail, or related fields.
- Experienced in handling pop-up booths, bazaars, exhibitions, brand activations, or offline events.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, able to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, SPG/crew, mall/event organizers, and other external parties.
- Able to manage event preparation from pre-event, event day, to post-event, including setup, execution, and dismantling.
- Detail-oriented in handling booth setup, POSM, product display, inventory, event equipment, and other event necessities.
- Able to create and manage event timelines, checklists, manpower schedules, and daily event reports.
- Capable of handling on-site problems and last-minute changes quickly and professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and being on-site during weekends, public holidays, or extended event hours when required.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with MOKA, EDC, or other POS systems is a plus.
- Have a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and problem-solving.
- Willing to travel or work on-site based on event requirements.
