Job description for Event Community & Partnership Coordinator at IKIGAI Wellness
1. Community Development & Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, organizations, and key stakeholders.
Identify and recruit new communities relevant to company events.
Develop engagement strategies to increase participation and audience loyalty.
Maintain regular communication with community leaders and members.
Coordinate community activities before, during, and after events.
2. Partnership Development
Identify potential business partners, collaborators, and sponsors.
Prepare partnership proposals and presentations.
Negotiate partnership benefits, deliverables, and collaboration agreements.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing partners.
Ensure all partnership commitments are fulfilled.
3. Sponsorship Coordination
Assist in developing sponsorship packages.
Coordinate sponsor onboarding and communication.
4. Event Coordination
Work closely with the Event Manager to integrate community and partner activities into event plans.
Coordinate partner booths, activations, networking sessions, and speaking opportunities.
5. Communication Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for communities and partners.
Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
Maintain a database of partners, sponsors, and community contacts.
Prepare regular updates and communication reports.
6. Administrative Duties
Maintain partnership agreements and supporting documentation.
Track sponsorship payments and partnership deliverables.
Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
Assist with budgeting related to partnerships and community programs.
7. Reporting & Evaluation
Prepare post-event partnership reports.
Evaluate community engagement performance.
Measure sponsor ROI and partnership outcomes.
Recommend improvements for future events and collaborations.
