JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Plan, organize, and execute company events such as exhibitions (bazaar & expo), product launches, promotional activities, and pop-ups from end to end
- Manage budgeting, stock for events, creating promo, etc
- Provides forecast accuracy analysis for event inventory needs and action plans
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (vendors, media, venues, and sponsors) to ensure smooth event execution
- Conduct trend research and competitor benchmarking
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events; provide regular performance reports and insights
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of customer's contacts
REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from any major
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Have experience handling events and partnership from negotiation until campaign analysis
- Strong time management skill and have the ability to adapt in fast-paced work environment
- Candidates with personal network with communities is preferred
- Team player, able to manage multiple projects at the same time and deliver the projects on time
- Willing to work in high mobility working condition
