Event & Partnership Executive
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, Event Management, or related field
* Minimum 2–3 years experience in event, partnership, community, brand activation, or related industry
* Experienced in handling offline events, community events, and brand collaborations
* Strong networking and communication skills
* Able to build and maintain relationships with partners, communities, vendors, and clients
* Creative in developing event concepts and collaboration ideas
* Strong negotiation and partnership management skills
* Target-oriented and able to work under deadlines
* Able to manage multiple projects and event timelines simultaneously
* Good problem-solving and coordination skills
* Confident, proactive, and highly initiative
* Familiar with social media trends, lifestyle events, and community engagement
* Experience in sponsorship acquisition and barter partnership collaboration is a plus
* Able to create event proposals and presentation materials professionally
* Good communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
* Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or event days when needed
* Having own network/community database is a plus
* Passionate about lifestyle, sports, entertainment, or luxury brand industry is preferred

EVENT PLANNING & EVENT CONCEPTING
* Develop creative event concepts aligned with brand identity and business objectives
* Create event themes, event flow, activities, and customer engagement strategies
* Prepare event proposals, presentation decks, and collaboration concepts
* Conduct brainstorming for new event ideas and community programs
* Create event timeline, checklist, and execution planning
* Coordinate with internal teams for branding, marketing, and operational needs
* Ensure event objectives
* Project Report
* Partner collaboration Schedule event (regularly)
