Job Summary
The Event & Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing communication activities and events to support the growth and brand visibility of F&B outlets. This role focuses on outlet grand openings, promotional campaigns, event management, KOL/influencer collaboration, marketing budgeting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure all marketing initiatives are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications, event management, brand activation, F&B marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the F&B industry, restaurant, café, cloud kitchen, hospitality, or retail environment is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in planning and executing events, particularly outlet openings, product launches, or promotional activations.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and coordinating with external vendors.
- Experience working with KOLs, influencers, content creators, or media partners is preferred.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines.
- Mandarin/English proficiency is an advantage, particularly for companies with Chinese-speaking management or business partners.
