Collective Touring is a vibrant event and concert promotion company that thrives on creating exceptional live experiences. We’re seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as an Event & Creative Coordinator. This role combines event coordination, creative strategy, and team leadership, perfect for someone who is organized, independent, and driven to bring ideas to life.

Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of concerts and events.

Handle logistics, liaise with vendors, and manage on-site operations.

Ensure all events meet brand standards and client expectations.

Design and produce promotional materials (posters, banners, digital content).

Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to promote events.

Develop and execute creative ideas for campaigns and event branding.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure tasks are completed systematically.

Own projects independently, ensuring timely delivery of goals.

Manage event budgets and resources efficiently.

Lead and motivate event staff and volunteers during projects.

Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring clear communication within the team.

Actively seek opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships.

Highly organized and administratively skilled, with an eye for detail.

A creative thinker with strong design and social media management abilities.

Proactive, motivated, and capable of working independently.

A natural leader who can inspire and manage a team effectively.

Energetic and eager to actively participate in on-ground operations.

Proven experience in event planning, concert promotion, or a related field.

Strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media platforms.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
