Job description for Event and Conference Sales Manager at Marquee Executive Offices
The Event and Conference Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. This role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships with B2B customers, and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to final negotiation.
The ideal candidate will oversee event planning and execution, ensuring that all conferences, exhibitions, and meetings are delivered to the highest standard. They will also analyze sales data to inform strategy, forecast future performance, and provide insights to support business decisions. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
We are seeking a Female candidate with a Bachelor's Degree and between 5 to 10 years of experience in Event sales, Banquet operational and preferably within the business services or hospitality sector.
Candidates should possess a proven track record in B2B sales, event operations, and conference management. Key skills include sales analysis, meeting management, event planning, sales strategy, and business negotiation. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication abilities, a keen understanding of sales forecasting, and the capacity to manage and motivate a team.
