Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute member events, workshops, and brand collaborations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, influencers, and wellness brands to create collaboration and sponsorship opportunitie
- Identify and approach potential event sponsors to support gym activities and community initiatives
- Promote events through digital platforms, newsletters, and social media
- Manage event logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, setup, registration, and feedback collection
- Develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement and retention through community-building initiatives
- Track and report on event performance, attendance, and member satisfaction to continuously improve future activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event planning, community management, or marketing — ideally within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and networking skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences
- Experience working with sponsors, partners, or brand collaborations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through
- Basic knowledge of social media content creation (e.g., Canva, Instagram Reels) is preferred
- Passionate about health, fitness, and community development
- Flexible to work on weekends or special events as needed
