Job description for Estimator at PT Pangkat Dua Bersama

Pangkat Dua membuka kesempatan bagi Estimator yang teliti dan analitis untuk mendukung perencanaan biaya proyek serta memastikan profitabilitas pada proyek konstruksi dan interior.

Tanggung Jawab

Menyusun RAB & BoQ berdasarkan gambar dan spesifikasi;

Melakukan quantity take-off secara akurat;

Menganalisa harga satuan dan estimasi biaya proyek;

Mendukung proses tender dan proposal komersial;

Evaluasi biaya estimasi vs realisasi proyek;

Mengidentifikasi efisiensi biaya (value engineering);

Koordinasi dengan tim Design, PM, Site, dan Procurement;

Mengelola database harga dan dokumen estimasi.

Kualifikasi

D3/S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, atau terkait;

Pengalaman 2–4 tahun sebagai Estimator (konstruksi/interior);

Mahir Microsoft Excel (analisa biaya);

Memahami DED, BoQ, dan AHSP;

Teliti, analitis, dan terbiasa dengan deadline;

Komunikatif dan mampu koordinasi tim;

Memiliki mindset efisiensi biaya dan orientasi profit.
