Proyek Kerja : Jawa – Luar Jawa

• Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Elektro, Teknik Mesin, atau bidang terkait.

• Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Estimator MEP di perusahaan kontraktor.

• Memahami pekerjaan Mechanical, Electrical, dan Plumbing (MEP).

• Mampu membaca dan memahami gambar kerja serta spesifikasi teknis MEP.

• Mampu melakukan quantity take-off dan perhitungan kebutuhan material.

• Mampu menyusun RAB/BOQ dan melakukan analisa harga pekerjaan MEP.

• Memahami AHSP/HSP dan harga material serta jasa pekerjaan MEP.

• Mampu membuat time schedule

• Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan software pendukung seperti AutoCAD.

• Teliti, memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik, dan mampu bekerja dengan deadline.

• Bersedia ditempatkan di proyek seluruh Indonesia.
