Job description for Estimator MEP at PT RAJAWALI PARAMA KONSTRUKSI

Persyaratan :

•S1 Teknik Elektro

•Menguasai MS Office dan AutoCAD

•Mampu bekerja di dalam team maupun sendiri

•Jujur, bertanggung jawab, mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan dan bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik

•Bisa membaca gambar konstruksi

•Pengalaman Min. 3 tahun dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

•Membuat RAB untuk tender proyek berdasarkan gambar dan BQ (Bill of Quantity)

•Membuat analisa harga satuan dan penawaran harga

•Mengikuti proses tender dari awal sampai akhir

•Menguasai spesifikasi dan gambar teknik mekanikal dan elektrikal

•Melakukan Vendor Final Account MEP

•Memeriksa BQ Tender terhadap Gambar MEP
