Job description for ESTIMATOR KONSTRUKSI at PT Artha Buana Samudera

Kualifikasi

Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil atau bidang terkait.
Pengalaman 1–3 tahun sebagai Estimator/Quantity Surveyor
Menguasai RAB, BOQ, AHSP/AHS, dan perhitungan volume pekerjaan.
Mampu membaca gambar kerja dan spesifikasi teknis.
Mampu menggunakan BIM untuk quantity take-off dan estimasi proyek.
Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan aplikasi perhitungan proyek.
Teliti, analitis, dan mampu bekerja dengan target/deadline.

Tanggung Jawab

Menghitung volume dan biaya pekerjaan konstruksi.
Menyusun RAB, BOQ, dan penawaran harga proyek.
Melakukan quantity take-off dari gambar 2D maupun model BIM.
Melakukan analisis harga material, tenaga kerja, dan alat.
Melakukan pengecekan gambar dan spesifikasi untuk kebutuhan estimasi.
Memastikan estimasi biaya akurat dan sesuai budget proyek.
