ESTIMATOR at TWOSIDES DESIGN!

(Penempatan : Kelapa Dua, Tangerang)

Deskrpsi Pekerjaan:

1. Membuat RAB & BOQ, membaca dan analisa gambar kerja, dan membuat Analisa harga material

2. Menghitung kebutuhan material, dan koordinasi dengan tim desain

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan:

1. Lulusan S1 dari jurusan Teknik Sipil, Arsitek, Interior, dan jurusan lainnya yang relevan

2. Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, Site Engineer, Site Manager, atau Project Manager

3. Mampu membaca gambar kerja, memahami material interior dan harga material,

3. Mampu mengoperasikan aplikasi Microsoft Office serta software seperti Autocad, Microsoft Project, Google SKP, dan sistem MEP dasar

5. Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan komunikasi yang baik, teliti, detail, berpikir kritis, dan time management yang baik
