Job description for Estate Management at Pt Cipta Harmoni Lestari

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Memastikan operasional dan lingkungan kawasan berjalan dengan baik
  • Menangani keluhan penghuni serta berkoordinasi dengan pihak terkait
  • Melakukan monitoring maintenance unit, fasilitas, dan area kawasan
  • Mengawasi proses renovasi rumah sesuai aturan kawasan
  • Membuat surat edaran, laporan operasional, serta monitoring IPL penghuni
  • Berkoordinasi dengan vendor, kontraktor, dan tim internal terkait kebutuhan operasional

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, Manajemen, atau jurusan terkait
  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Estate / Property Management, khususnya landed house
  • Memahami operasional kawasan, maintenance, dan complaint handling
  • Memiliki komunikasi, interpersonal, dan problem solving yang baik
  • Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun tim
  • Teliti, responsif, dan memiliki orientasi pelayanan yang baik
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office menjadi nilai tambah
