Job description for ESG and Community Collaboration Intern at TORAJAMELO CAREERS
- Closely work with the CEO to set up internal ESG policies, implementation, and measurement mechanisms.
- Work to set up internal ESG practice and certifications towards establishing a consultancy.
- Work with a Community Collaboration team to engage private sectors, organizations and communities who focus on the issues of GEDSI, Sustainability and Impact.
- Understand the circular economy, slow fashion and sustainability to innovate and strategize production and to bring a sustainable partnership.
- Work with other departments within TORAJAMELO to help with data collection in line with our ESG targets and impact measurements.
- Possibility of a cross-department work, where interns have the opportunity to have first hand experience in other TORAJAMELO business functions.
- Candidates can also explore and support other TORAJAMELO business functions such as sustainable supply chain, community development, and special projects Candidate Requirements:
- Google suite proficiency
- Basic data analysis skills (Excel/Gsheets)
- Comfortable & has familiarity using Social Media – Facebook/Instagram/Linkedin
- Passion for the environment, rural economies, and impact businesses
- Entrepreneurial attitude
- Agile and flexible This is an office-based (WFO) internship lasting 5-6 months, with a monthly salary of IDR 500,000.
