As an ERP Technical - Learning & Development Specialist, you will design and deliver technical training programs that strengthen employees' ERP technical capabilities. You will develop engaging learning materials covering ERP architecture, system configuration, business process integration, databases, APIs, reporting tools, and troubleshooting, ensuring trainees can effectively understand and apply technical concepts in real implementation scenarios. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology, enjoy teaching, and are eager to bridge technical expertise with business software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop competency models, assess the capability gaps, and conduct analysis of employees’ learning needs.
- Facilitate learning or training needs from various departments.
- Engage with external vendors to fulfill our training needs, from pitching sessions, training, and learning.
- Handle the end-to-end learning activities from training design, presentation, teaching, and evaluation.
- Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires.
- Research the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the learning and development space and recommend suitable applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant studies. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Have good time management skills.
- Able to adapt and learn quickly in a new environment.
- Have good interpersonal skills.
- Have the ability to communicate verbally and in writing, both in Indonesian and English.
- Have initiative, self-starter, fast learner, agile, and resilient.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to fast-changing conditions.
- Have many creative ideas, be innovative, and able to work in a team.
- Having knowledge or experience with ERP software is an added value.
- Have knowledge or experience in ERP systems, implementation, system configuration, or technical support.
- Have a good understanding of ERP workflows, business processes, and system integration.
- Able to translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand learning materials and deliver technical training effectively.
- Familiarity with SQL, databases, APIs, reporting tools, or system troubleshooting is an added value.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have internship experience in Corporate Training & Development.
- Experience in ERP implementation, technical consulting, ERP support, or technical training is an added value.
