Job description for ERP Product Manager at PT Hermes Solusi Integrasi

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
3–7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, or ERP/SFA implementation.
Experience with enterprise platforms such as: SAp, Oracle ERP, Odoo
Understanding of sales operations, distributor management, or supply chain processes.
Familiarity with ERP modules (inventory, finance, procurement, HR).
Experience with APIs, system integrations, and Agile/Scrum development.
Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
Technical certification (e.g., ERP implementation, Product Management, or Data Analytics) is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Define product vision and roadmap for ERP and SFA systems.
Translate business needs into clear product requirements.
Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver product features.
Identify opportunities to digitize and optimize sales and back-office processes.
Manage product releases and ensure successful system adoption.
Monitor product performance using data and user feedback.
