Equipment Technical Support Department Head – PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia
As the Equipment Technical Support Department Head, you’ll harmonized organization to build visibility or digitalization to achieve value creation, and managing deployment to achieve target and proliferation. Highly communication between CLG group to alignment and future strategic plan.
What You'll Lead and Drive
- Set up and manage yearly strategic Project Maintenance & Automation project for Indo Chingluh Group (CLG)
- Manage sub-division Project Management, Data Management, and Improvement & Audit to support maintenance optimizing and performing
- Manage and execute Maintenance & Automation with CLG HQ deliver measurable and performance project
- Initiate new project research for maintenance & improvement automation, involve and be able to contribute in operational project and monitoring project running well
- Active communication with relative functions, machinery vendors and Buyer teams are working together on the right direction
- Digitalization set up for maintenance system (real time data ANDON & machine performance, spare part management, preventive maintenance schedule, data machine asset) and future digitalization
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and environmental standard.
- Support continuous improvement of OHS and management systems.
What you bring
- Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority
- Minimum 18 Years Old
- Candidates must have at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- At least 7 years above of experience as footwear manufacturing
- Required languages: English
- Knowledge’s and Skills: Knowledge of equipment maintenance, Manufacturing processes and project management, Strong leadership and people management skills, Results-oriented, Fast learner and committed to achieving KPIs & continuous improvement
- Attitude: Customer Focus, Drives Engagement and Communicates Effectively
- Understanding vision mission company and safety policy
- Understanding standards in work areas related regulation of OHS, energy, quality, and environment
