Job description for Equipment Engineer (Management Trainee) at Sailun Group
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify equipment needs based on operational requirements
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functionality of equipment
- Schedule equipment usage based on project timelines and operational needs
- Optimize equipment deployment to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Develop and manage equipment budgets, including forecasting future needs
- Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor degree from reputable university, GPA min 3,00 (out of 4,00)
- Max 26 years
- Having experience working in manufacturing industry will be an advantage
- Willing to be placed in our factory in Vietnam or China during the MT Program for 3 months
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin skills are a plus)
