Job description for Equipment Engineer (Management Trainee - Mandarin Speaker) at Sailun Group

Responsibilities:
  Research and identify equipment needs based on operational requirements 
  Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal functionality of equipment 
  Schedule equipment usage based on project timelines and operational needs 
  Optimize equipment deployment to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime 
  Develop and manage equipment budgets, including forecasting future needs 
  Monitor expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor degree from reputable university, GPA min 3,00 (out of 4,00)
Max 26 years
Having experience working in manufacturing industry will be an advantage
Willing to be placed in our factory in Vietnam or China during the MT Program for 3 months
Good communication skills in English (Mandarin skills are a plus)
