Job description for Environmental Safety Engineer at PT Inno Prima Material
We're currently looking for talented professionals to support the construction and operational setup for our manufacturing project in IWIP (Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Pak), North Maluku.
PT Inno Prima Material, as a subsidiary of SEMCORP, urgently hiring for: Environmental Safety Engineer/Specialist.
(I) Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the "Three Simultaneities" work for project safety: including safety management during the project initiation, construction, and acceptance phases, and supervising the implementation of related work by each factory;
2. ESH On-site Management: Under the leadership of the project manager, implement safety production policies, laws, regulations, and standards, and lead the project site health, safety, and environment (HSE) management work;
3. Safety Training and Education: Organize and implement on-site safety education, training activities, and safety briefings to improve the safety awareness and operational skills of all personnel;
4. Hazard Investigation and Rectification: Organize safety supervision and inspection, urge the rectification of accident hazards, eliminate risks in a timely manner, and guide safe and civilized construction at the construction site;
5. System and Emergency Plan Development: Participate in the development of safety production management systems, safe operating procedures, and emergency plans, and organize drills to ensure effectiveness.
(II) Job Requirements
1. Full-time college diploma or above, majoring in safety engineering or environmental engineering; fluent in Indonesian and English, those who understand Chinese will be given priority;
2. Experience in safety and environmental protection work in Indonesia, with at least 3 years of experience in safety management in the manufacturing industry, familiar with the process of controlling hazardous operations at construction sites; familiar with local policies, laws and regulations, holding a registered safety engineer certificate is preferred, and possessing ISO45001/ISO14001 management knowledge;
3.Proficient in Microsoft Office software, strong sense of responsibility, and possessing good communication, coordination, and emergency response capabilities.
