Job description for Enterprise Support Engineer at Confidential Company

Qualification:

A Support Engineer solves problems submitted by Clients well and maintains the process of solving them smoothly and thoroughly; Provide remote and on-site support for all clients and projects; Ensuring proper recording and reporting of all issues; and Provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients.

Requirements:

Prior experience as an Oracle DBA is preferred.
Possessing an OCA, OCP, or OCM certification is a plus
Humble and open minded
High willingness to learn
Discipline, keen to detail, creative, and communicative
Minimum education Bachelor Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent
Have good knowledge of Linux Operating System administration

Role:

Learn about delivery and job responsibilities.
Work thoroughly, carefully and responsibly.
Communicate flexibly, firmly and systematically with the team.
Perform systems support and database administration on the client premise.
