Job description for Enterprise Sales Representative at PT Artha Telekomindo

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

1. Mencari dan mengembangkan prospek pelanggan baru untuk produk ISP / IT Solution.

2. Mengelola dan mengembangkan hubungan baik dengan pelanggan yang sudah ada untuk peluang up-selling dan cross-selling.

3. Melakukan pertemuan dengan pelanggan untuk memahami kebutuhan ISP / IT Solution.

4. Mempresentasikan solusi ISP / IT Solution yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pelanggan.

5. Menyusun proposal penjualan, termasuk penawaran harga dan persyaratan kontrak.

6. Berkolaborasi dengan tim teknis dalam penyusunan solusi kepada pelanggan.

7. Memberikan dukungan purna jual dan memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.

8. Membuat laporan aktivitas penjualan dan perkembangan prospek secara teratur.

9. Mengikuti perkembangan produk ISP / IT Solution terbaru dan tren pasar.

Kualifikasi:

1. Pendidikan minimal S1.

2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun di bidang penjualan (sales)

3. Memiliki pemahaman tentang konsep dan produk ISP / IT Solution.

4. Mampu melakukan identifikasi pelanggan dan pengelolaan pipeline penjualan.

5. Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan negosiasi yang sangat baik.

6. Berorientasi pada target dan memiliki motivasi tinggi untuk mencapai serta melampaui target penjualan.

7. Mampu membangun dan memelihara hubungan baik dengan pelanggan dan stakeholder terkait.

8. Mahir menggunakan Ms. Office, terutama Excel dan PowerPoint.

9. Inisiatif, proaktif, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim .

10. Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas untuk bertemu jika diperlukan
