Job Description
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of enterprise risk management policies and financing risk management across the company.
- Conduct risk assessment, risk profiling, and prepare periodic risk management reports accurately and timely.
- Support risk monitoring activities, mitigation follow-up, and Risk Management Committee (RMC) reporting.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure effective risk control and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Analyze operational and business risks to support healthy and sustainable business processes.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from any major, preferably Management, Statistics, Accounting, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Risk Management or Enterprise Risk Management, preferably in multifinance/banking industries.
- Good understanding of Enterprise Risk Management, business processes, and company policies/regulations.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis/reporting tools; knowledge of SAS is a plus.
- Willing to be placed at Sunter - North Jakarta.
