As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Enterprise Growth Executive who is passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client engagement.
What You'll Do
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and developing strategic partnerships.
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting, pitching, and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while identifying opportunities for account growth, renewal, and upselling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and long-term client success.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Account Executive, Account Management, Sales, or related roles.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience handling B2B clients and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable engaging with decision-makers and building long-term business relationships.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, Canva, or similar tools.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, EdTech, digital agency, creative industry, or related sectors is a plus.
- Good written and spoken English.
