Job description for Enterprise Account Executive at Neobiz
At Neobiz, we're building AI-native platforms for Indonesian businesses — from branded mobile apps for SMBs to mission-critical enterprise systems for organizations like Astra and Mitsui Leasing.
This is a founding commercial hire — which means you'll have direct access to leadership, real ownership of your territory, and uncapped upside as we scale.
What we're looking for :
→ 4–8 years of B2B sales, at least 2 in enterprise or mid-market
→ Proven track record closing IDR 500M+ ACV deals
→ Consultative seller — you ask good questions before you pitch
→ Comfortable in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
→ Background in SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software is a big plus
