Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in English Literature, English Education, or a related field.
- Having an English proficiency certificate (minimum B2) is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Required skills: teaching skills, time management, and effective communication.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Enthusiastic about teaching children aged 4–15.
- Enjoys working with children and teenagers.
- Previous experience in a related field is preferred.
- Honest, disciplined, neat, creative, hardworking, and tech-savvy.
- Willing to work onsite (West Surabaya).
Jobdesc:
- Teaches English to children aged 4–15.
- Provides quality academic coaching in a small-group setting in accordance with Eye Level's philosophy, teaching methods, curriculum, and individual progress plan.
- Communicates effectively and professionally with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Motivates and encourages students to achieve their full potential.
- Assesses student performance and maintains individual progress reports.
- Promptly notifies the Center Coordinator of any issues or concerns.
