Athena Study Center is seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and highly qualified English Teacher to join our passionate team. Key Responsibilities
- Instruction & Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, interactive English lessons tailored to students' needs (covering Speaking, Listening, Reading, and Writing).
- Student Assessment: Monitor, evaluate, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, encouraging, and productive classroom environment that inspires student confidence and active participation.
- Curriculum Development: Assist in developing and updating teaching materials, worksheets, and lesson modules in alignment with Athena Study Center's standards.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, English Education, English Literature, or a related field.
- Elite Language Proficiency (Strict Requirement): Must possess an official, valid English proficiency certificate demonstrating advanced/near-native command, with a minimum score of: IELTS: 7.5, OR TOEFL iBT: 100
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional teaching experience (experience preparing students for international standardized tests or teaching in premium language institutes is highly preferred).
- Skills: Flawless communication, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently handle high-level academic curriculum.
