Join our English Teaching Experience Program 2026!

The English Teaching Experience Program 2026 by Kampung Inggris Cipanas offers an opportunity to turn your English knowledge into meaningful teaching practice. Through pre-program preparation, provided teaching modules, and feedback throughout the program, you can build confidence, explore ways to engage students, and reflect on your teaching approach.
Open to final-year students, fresh graduates, and educators who want to gain teaching experience. Applicants from all academic backgrounds are welcome. Teaching experience is not required, but an English Education or English Literature background is a plus.
PROGRAM DETAILS:
- Location: A residential venue in Cipanas
- Program dates: 8–17 November 2026
- Engagement: Short-term, project-based teaching assignment
- Accommodation: Tutors must stay on-site throughout the 10-day program
- Preparation: Required before 8 November, outside the program dates. The schedule, duration, and online or in-person format will be announced.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Teach four 90-minute English classes per day.
- Work with approximately 20 junior high school students per class.
- Deliver engaging lessons using the provided teaching materials and modules.
- Support student activities outside the classroom.
- Attend pre-program preparation and participate in ongoing evaluation.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and the program team.
WHO CAN APPLY?
- Applicants with a good command of English and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
- Final-year university students, graduates, and applicants from all academic backgrounds.
- Applicants with or without previous teaching experience.
- An English Education or English Literature background is an advantage.
- Applicants who can commit to the full residential program and pre-program preparation.
- Applicants who are willing to receive feedback and work collaboratively.
WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE:
- A teaching honorarium, with individual details discussed during the interview.
- Pre-program preparation and feedback during the program.
- Teaching modules and guidance.
- A Certificate of Recognition as a Tutor.
- Accommodation and meals throughout the program.
- An end-of-program visit to The Nice Funtastic Park, including admission and transportation, while continuing to support student supervision.

Applications are open from 17 September to 17 October 2026.
Applications will be reviewed throughout the registration period. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an interview and microteaching session.
