Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, interactive, and high-energy English lessons focusing on speaking skills and contextual grammar.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to suit various proficiency levels (Kids, Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced).
Adapt teaching methods to suit both group classes and 1-on-1 private settings, tailoring the pace to student needs.
Monitor, evaluate, and provide constructive feedback on students’ language progress.
Manage classroom dynamics effectively to ensure an encouraging and active learning atmosphere.
Collaborate with the academic team to maintain high instructional standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English Education, Literature, International Relations, Linguistics, or a related field (Final year students with teaching experience are welcome to apply).
Minimum Language Proficiency: (IELTS: Overall band 6.5 or TOEFL ITP: Minimum 550 (or equivalent).
Exceptional communication skills with American English proficiency (preferred).
Strong ability to handle and engage different age groups, especially children and adult learners.
Tech-savvy (familiar with Google Workspace, Zoom, and interactive teaching tools).
Prior experience in teaching conversation-based classes or general English curriculum is highly preferred.
