Job description for English Trainer / English Teacher at PT Macca Bakti Edukasi
Job Descriptions :
- Teach students across various age groups, including preschoolers, children, teenagers, and adults, using interactive and student-centered learning methods.
- Deliver General English, Conversation, and (if applicable) Exam Preparation classes.
- The role requires availability to work 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, with flexibility to work on weekends as needed.
- The role includes responsibility to act as a substitute teacher to support operational needs.
- Prepare and develop lesson plans aligned with the institution’s syllabus.
- Manage class administration, including attendance records and student progress reports.
- Communicate effectively with students and/or parents regarding learning progress.
- Participate in internal meetings, training programs, and professional development sessions.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum education of D3 or S1 in any major.
- Demonstrates strong English proficiency, both spoken and written, with natural fluency.
- Open to fresh graduates.
- Available for placement at all Macca Education branches.
- Willing to participate in training sessions and class observations prior to independent teaching.
- TOEFL or IELTS certification is an advantage.
- Maintains a professional and presentable appearance.
- Willing to sign an employeement contract for minimum 12 months.
