Job description for English Trainer / English Teacher at I Can Read Bali
Responsibilities
1. Teaching
• Teach I Can Read literacy programmes to children aged 2.5 to 18 years old.
• Teach pre-reading, reading, comprehension, writing, and communication skills using the I Can Read® System.
• Support students in developing confidence, social skills, and positive classroom behaviour.
2. Assessments
• Conduct initial assessments for new students.
• Monitor and assess students’ progress during classes.
3. Communication
• Communicate regularly with parents about students’ progress.
• Keep attendance records and inform Centre Management when students are ready for promotion.
• Complete the Parent Communication Book weekly.
• Attend team meetings.

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree, preferably in Education, Early Childhood, English, or related fields.
• Good English communication skills.
• At least 2 years teaching experience is preferred.
• Passion for teaching children.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional, responsible, and reliable.
