English Teacher (Full-Time)
Job Description:
- Teach General English, Business English, English for Kids, and exam preparation (TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, EIKEN).
- Prepare supplementary teaching materials when needed.
- Write progress reports on kids’ learning development.
- Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Motivate students to achieve their learning goals.
Work Schedule:
- 5 working days/week:
- 3 weekdays (10:00–19:00 / 11:00–20:00, as scheduled by the school)
- Weekends (09:00–18:00) - 2 days off/week (Sunday + Monday).
Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree in English Education/English Literature or TEFL/TESOL certificate.
- At least 1 year of teaching experience (teaching non-Indonesian students is a plus).
- Strong English proficiency (IELTS 7.0+, TOEFL iBT 100+, or TOEIC 950+ preferred).
- Clear pronunciation, excellent grammar knowledge, and effective delivery skills.
- Able to teach both kids and adults (including professionals aged 30–50).
- Open-minded, adaptable, and willing to work with Japanese.
- Friendly, patient, and punctual.
Compensation:
- Salary: IDR 7,500,000/month
- During training period: 15% deduction applied.
