Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 (Bahasa Inggris/Pendidikan/atau relevan)
- Berpengalaman mengajar Bahasa Inggris dasar–praktis untuk dunia kerja menjadi nilai tambah
- Disiplin, komunikatif, dan mampu memotivasi peserta
- Menguasai Bahasa Inggris aktif (lisan & tulisan)
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver practical English learning materials tailored to CPMI workplace needs
- Teach basic to practical English, especially for daily communication with employers
- Manage the learning process effectively (planning, implementation, and evaluation)
- Ensure CPMI achieve the targeted English competency standards
- Monitor and evaluate participants’ English proficiency progress regularly
- Provide feedback, coaching, and remedial or enrichment programs based on individual needs
- Implement and enforce the English Zone program consistently within the training environment
- Design curriculum, teaching modules, and assessment systems based on Bloom’s Taxonomy
- Prepare regular reports on participants’ English proficiency development
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve training program quality
- Maintain participants’ discipline, engagement, and motivation during learning sessions
- Apply innovative teaching methods to create effective and interactive learning experiences
