Job description for English Teacher at English1 (KSW Group)
Job Description:
- Teaching English to kids aged 3 – 18 in groups of up to 16 students (both online and offline class)
- Using electronic media and EF-developed courseware to teach English efficiently and effectively
- Plan & deliver the highest quality of lessons
- Ensure the student has the best EF experience possible
- Monitor student's development and communicate frequently with the parents
- Strive to develop professional skill set via attending workshops, training, and self-learning tasks
- Assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students
- Participating in social activities with students organised by your school to encourage oral English proficiency
- Participating in marketing activities organised by your school
Requirements:
- Diploma or College/University graduate (preferably majoring in English/Teaching)
- Strong English profeciency is a must (at least B2 level)
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills and is pro-active and driven
- A team player who is friendly, approachable and supportive
- Professional, punctual, reliable and of smart appearance
- Detail-oriented and Service minded
- Have a positive body language, attitude, and proper etiquette
- Computer literate (Proficient in MS Office Package)
- Experienced in teaching all age groups offered at EF Kids (3-18 years old students)
- Having TOEFL/ IELTS Certificate is a huge advantage. So is having experience in teaching IELTS / TOEFL exam preparations
