Job description for English Teacher at PT Sinergi Insan Andalan

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct online English classes using interactive and practical methods
Create a fun and supportive learning environment for students
Develop and adapt lesson plans based on students’ needs and levels
Encourage students to actively participate and build confidence in speaking
Monitor student progress and provide feedback
Report learning outcomes and class summaries

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English Education, English Literature, or equivalent professional experience.
1-2 years in education, with a strong commitment to student-centered teaching.
Native or near-native fluency, with a TOEFL score of 550+ or IELTS score of 6.5+.
Strong comfort with digital teaching platforms and tools, enhancing the overall online learning experience.
Passionate about experimenting with new teaching methods and engaging students in interactive learning.
Able to adjust teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning styles and feedback.
Dedicated to providing high-quality education with no current engagements at other institutions, ensuring full focus on our students.
